Meet the Principal

Jacqueline Beas

Jacqueline Beas is beginning her seventeenth year as an educator in Aldine ISD. During that time she has served as a bilingual teacher, bilingual skills specialist, and assistant principal at Oleson Elementary. When the opportunity arose to join the Worsham ACE team, she jumped at the chance to be a part of the school she attended as a student. She served as assistant principal of Worsham ACE Elementary for two years before becoming the principal.  

Beas is a proud Aldine alumna, graduating from MacArthur High School. She obtained her undergraduate degree in education from The University of Texas at Austin and her graduate degree in leadership from the University of Houston Main Campus.

Meet the Assistant Principals

Kantriece Carter

Ms. Kantriece Carter is a native Iowan who has been an educator in Aldine ISD for 20 years. She has served as a 2nd, 4th, and 5th-grade teacher, ELA skills specialist, literacy coach, and assistant principal at Kujawa Elementary.

Ms. Carter received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Iowa State University. She received her master’s degree in educational leadership from Stephen F. Austin University. She has previously worked with the ACE program as a literacy coach and is excited about rejoining the team as an assistant principal. She is a proud member of the House of Courage and loves to DJ, dance, and create rap videos to motivate and encourage students, teachers, and parents. Ms. Carter believes in promoting a school culture that is fun, safe, and accepting for all.

Talitha Reescano-Law

Talitha Law has been in education for 22 years. She began her teaching career as a third grade math & science teacher in Houston, Texas and throughout her career also served as a teacher in 1st and 2nd and continued her endeavors at an Instructional Coach and Campus Testing Coordinator. She also spent multiple years working with the Cooperative for Afterschool division in Harris County Department of Education. She is excited to continue her fourth year at Worsham Elementary.

Mrs. Law received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Southwest Texas State University and a Master’s of Arts in Education from University of Phoenix. She is very excited to continue the great work at Worsham Elementary!
